TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TRAVEL):

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments for land, air and train arrangements (ticketed by Trexx Travels) will be refunded when cancellations are made more than 45 days prior to departure for Domestic Air Tours and more than 60 days prior to departure for International Air Tours.

Fuel Surcharge
Due to the increased cost of jet fuel, all airlines have implemented a fuel surcharge on all domestic and international flights. The surcharge fluctuates on a daily basis based on the price of oil. The prices shown in the brochure for international flights include this surcharge as stated by airlines at the time of print. Your reservation will be reviewed at 60 days prior to departure and revised to reflect appropriate fuel surcharge at that time.

Exclusions
Trexx Travel & Tours reserves the right to alter its Refund and Cancellation Policy when a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to: - conditions resulting from an act of God, natural or man-made disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities between nations, or unavailability of transportation through no fault of Trexx Travel & Tours.

"Freedom to Travel" Guarantee
On those rare occasions when the Exclusions mentioned above make it necessary to modify its Refund and Cancellation Policy, Trexx Travels "Freedom to Travel" Guarantee will take effect. This Guarantee will allow you to apply all monies paid to Trexx Travels, including the Travelers Protection Plan (TPP), toward any future Trexx Travels tour that departs within 12 months of your notification.

Tour Price Includes
All motorcoach transportation noted in the tour itinerary, round trip airport transfers on the tour departure and return dates (only), services of the Tour Manager and driver, lodging, sightseeing, taxes, admissions, gratuities for bellmen and waiters for included meals, as well as future travel credits. Included meals are clearly noted in the touring description.

What is Not Included on the Tour
The land price of your tour does not include airfare to the tour departure point; excess luggage charges; items of a personal nature; meals not included on the itinerary; sightseeing attractions listed as "optional excursions" and gratuities to the full time Tour Manager, motorcoach driver, all airport skycaps, van or limo drivers and local guides.

Airline Security Measures
Travelers must provide positive identification in the form of a valid passport or photo-drivers license at the time of airport check in. In lieu of these, two forms of identification including a photo ID and an official government issued ID must be provided. NOTE: Due to airline security measures, your photo ID or passport name must match your airline ticket name and your tour reservation name or you may be denied aircraft boarding.

Passport & Visas
Each citizen must have a valid passport. Expiry date of passports should be at least 6 months after the return date of tour. If you don't have a passport, call our office and we'll tell you how to apply for one. Some countries require visas for entry by Malaysian citizens. We will send visa applications and instructions if a visa is required for your tour. Holders of non-Malaysian passports should contact their nearest consulate and inquire about the necessary passport or visa documentation required for entry into the countries visited.
